1资料和方法门）检测对象：脑梗死患者组52例（男34例，女18例）．年龄41～78岁，平均61．82岁。均按1986年第二次全国脑血管病会议制定的诊断标准确诊，并经头颅CT证实。其中大面积梗死者17例，多发小梗死者24例，单个小梗死者17例。对照组44例系查体健康者（男24例，女20例）
1 Materials and Methods) Subjects: 52 patients with cerebral infarction (34 males and 18 females). Aged 41 to 78 years old, with an average of 61.82 years old. All were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria established by the Second National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1986 and confirmed by skull CT. Among them, 17 cases were large infarcts, 24 cases were multiple small infarcts and 17 cases were single small infarcts. In the control group, 44 cases were healthy people (24 males and 20 females)
