新课程实施以来,犹如和煦的春风给农村中学语文教学带来了许多新气象,但也有部分教师和学生就出现了不良反应。有的教师说现在的课不知该怎样上了,有的教师说这一学期找不到上学期的感觉了等等。这些现象的产生,笔者认为这是语文教师后续动力不足的表现。如何培养农村中学语文教师的后续动力,对于新课程实施的深入,真正提高学生的语文素养,具有极为重要的意义。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum, like a warm spring breeze has brought many new ideas to Chinese teaching in rural middle schools, but some teachers and students have had adverse reactions. Some teachers said that now the class does not know what to do, and some teachers said that this semester can not find the feeling of last semester and so on. The emergence of these phenomena, I think this is the lack of follow-up language teacher performance. How to cultivate the follow-up motivation of Chinese teachers in rural middle schools is of great significance to the deepening of the implementation of the new curriculum and the real improvement of students' Chinese accomplishments.
