Energy CNOOC acquired BG Group’s stake in Tonggu gas field in Indonesia CNOOC spent 98.1 million U.S. dollars to acquire a 20.76% stake of BG Group’s production sharing contract in Muturi block in Papua Province of Indonesia, bringing the share of CNOOC in Tonggu natural gas project from the original 12.5% to 16.96%.
