复合桩基是从桩土共同作用出发,考虑桩与土间的荷载分配,由桩和承台底地基土共同承担荷载的桩基。以沉降控制复合桩基为对象,分析其适用范围、工作机理和设计方法。通过对合肥某住宅楼的工程试验,分别从筏板和承台内钢筋应力,筏板和承台下土体反力以及桩基反力几个方面分析了复合桩基的受力机制。
The composite pile foundation is based on the common action of pile and soil, considering the load distribution between pile and soil, and the pile foundation bearing the load by the pile and foundation soil. Taking settlement control composite pile foundation as object, this paper analyzes its applicable scope, working mechanism and design method. Through the engineering test of a residential building in Hefei, the stress mechanism of the composite pile foundation is analyzed from the aspects of the steel bar stress in the raft and the platform, the soil reaction force under the raft and the platform, and the reaction force of the pile foundation.
