我部负责机关及其所属分队的医疗和卫生防疫工作。各类人员约2800人,不同类型食堂18个。在环境卫生条件差,技术力量薄弱的情况下,我们针对季节性特点,以搞好预防食物中毒,把好病从口入关为重点,大搞群众性爱国卫生运动,廿一年未发生食物中毒。现将我们的点滴体会,简报如下。抓好治本措施严格行政管理,建立健全各级“爱委会”,把搞好卫生防病工作列入党委的议事日程。严格执行“内务条令”贯彻“食品卫生法”和“全军除害灭病规划”。有计划地加强“水改、”“粪管”,改善水质卫生,普遍使用自来水。加强粪便管理,建立无害化厕所。统一修建固定垃圾点,定期清除及掩埋垃圾。建立健全卫生清扫制度和检查制
