锥度分体式氧枪较普通氧枪相比,具有枪身粘渣容易自动脱落的特点,本文介绍了这种氧枪各部位的结构设计和吹炼结果。试验表明,该枪粘渣容易自动脱落,减少了钢水喷溅,金属收得率明显提高,换枪方便,冷却效果完全满足吹炼要求。
Compared with ordinary oxygen lances, the pyramid split oxygen lances have the characteristics that the sticks of the gun body are easy to fall off automatically. This paper introduces the structural design and the blowing results of various parts of the lance. Tests show that the gun sticky slag easily fall off, reducing the splash of molten steel, metal yield was significantly improved, easy gun change, the cooling effect fully meet the blowing requirements.
