应用同位素~(15)N 示踪证实了粪产碱菌(Alcaligenes faecalis)A—15和阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)E—26均有较高的固氮能力。用这两株菌接种水稻幼苗,在不添加碳源时,它们不论单独或混合接种均能在水稻根际正常生长和固氮,其部分固氮产物能迅速转移到水稻植株;若添加碳源,则固氮量剧增。
The isotope ~ (15) N tracing confirmed that Alcaligenes faecalis A-15 and Enterobacter cloacae E-26 had higher nitrogen fixation ability. Inoculation of these two strains of rice seedlings, without adding carbon source, either alone or mixed inoculation can be in the rhizosphere of rice normal growth and nitrogen fixation, some of its nitrogen-fixing products can be quickly transferred to rice plants; if added carbon source, then Nitrogen fixation increased dramatically.
