咨询团队对图书馆组织的发展影响深远。结合激励理论和团队管理,在分析图书馆咨询团队概念、工作、激励内涵的基础上,构建了咨询团队激励模式,从形成咨询团队有效培育、完善咨询团队管理及建立科学高效的激励评价机制方面探究图书馆咨询团队激励机理发展策略,指出图书馆咨询团队管理中应重视团队激励,把握好咨询团队管理的环境和团队咨询馆员的特点,通过采取合理的激励手段,实现图书馆组织的激励目标。
The consulting team has a profound impact on the development of the library organization. Based on the analysis of the concept, work and motivation of consulting team in library, combining with motivation theory and team management, this paper constructs the motivation model of consulting team, and forms the consulting team to effectively cultivate and improve the management of consulting team and establish a scientific and efficient incentive evaluation mechanism Exploring the development strategy of library consultant team incentive mechanism, pointing out that library consultant team management should pay attention to team incentive, grasp the management environment of consultant team and the characteristics of team consultant librarian, and realize the incentive of library organization by adopting reasonable incentive means aims.
