据央视报道,发达国家经济增长75%以上依靠科技进步实现,日本、美国科技成果转化率已达到80%,英、法、德等国家的科技成果转化率也达到50%以上。10余年来,我国虽然在推进科技成果转化方面取得了巨大成就,但科技成果转化率与发达国家相比差距很大,科技成果转化存在数量少、质量差、规模小、效率低等问题,严重制约我国经济增长方式的转变和产业结构的优化升级。10月24日,十二届全国人大常委会第五次会议上,全国人大财经委副主任委员辜胜阻指出,当前科技体制存在的最大问题是经济与科技脱节,成为“两张皮”。科技部部长万钢表示,国务院高度重视科技成果转化问题,把修订促进科技成果转化法纳入今年的立法计划。建材行业科技创新成果转化情况如何?本刊特刊出联合会科技部对2007-2011年建材行业获得国家科技奖励成果获奖后情况的跟踪调查,以引起关注。
