计算是由于解决生产、生活中实际问题的需要而产生的,如果没有解决问题的需要,也就没有计算的需要。对于学生来说计算知识虽然抽象,但如果能在生活情境中来学习,对于熟悉生活情境的学生来说根本不会存在理解的问题,他们可以毫不费力地诠释运算的意义和顺序。因此,计算教学要结合学生的生活实际,让学生在实际情境中获得感知、体验。小学生的思维水平以具体形象为主,他们更多地关注发生在身边的有趣新奇的事物。因而学生在有趣的学习活动中,在运用数的知识解决问题的过程中,才能体会运算的意义,探索数量关系,掌握基本的运算技能。《数学课程标准》明确指出:
Calculation is due to the need to solve practical problems in production and daily life. Without the solution to the problem, there is no need for calculation. Although computational knowledge is abstracted to students, learning from life situations does not reveal any comprehension problems for students who are familiar with life situations. They can interpret the meaning and sequence of operations effortlessly. Therefore, the calculation of teaching should be based on the actual life of students, so that students in the actual situation of perception and experience. The level of thinking of primary school students is mainly based on specific images, and they pay more attention to the interesting novelties that occur around them. Therefore, students in the interesting learning activities, the use of knowledge of the number of problem-solving process, we can understand the meaning of computing, to explore the relationship between quantity and master the basic computing skills. “Mathematics Curriculum Standard” clearly states:
