采用自制六环结扎器，对３２ 例门脉高压并食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行胃镜下套扎治疗并与进口多环结扎器及国产单环结扎器相比较。结果：急症止血成功率９３ ．８％ （３０／３２） ，两次治疗曲张静脉闭塞消失率８７ ．５ ％ （２８／３２） ，术后再出血发生率为０ ，并发症（ 腹水加重）３ ．１％ （１／３２）；而进口对照组分别为９４ ．５ ％ （８０／８５） 、８７．１ ％ （７４／８５） 、２．４％ （２／８５）及４ ．７ ％（４／８５） 。两组无统计学意义（Ｐ＞ ０．０５） 。自制六环结扎器价格低廉，优于进口结扎器 A total of 32 patients with portal hypertension and esophageal variceal bleeding underwent gastroscopic ligation and compared with the imported multicylic ligation and domestic single-loop ligation.
