《幼儿园工作规程》(试行)明确提出了幼儿园保育和教育的目标。我们在强化目标意识的同时,要把《规程》所提出的总目标转化、落实到日常的保教活动中去,将总目标分解为阶段目标(即各年龄班目标),再把阶段目标细化到周、日计划中去,才能使《规程》所提的主要目标得以真正落实。上海市教育局教研室的同志,本着这一指导思想,协同上海市幼儿园各年龄班教研组的同志,经过反复实践、研究,制订了幼儿园各年龄班的培养目标,并对这一培养目标广泛试行,不断修改,使其趋向完善。在此,我们将这一培养目标分两期刊出。各地教师在参考、借鉴这一培养目标时,一定要注重本班的实际情况及幼儿的个体差异,因“目标”是培养的方向,并非要求全班幼儿都达到同一水平,教师要通过自己的努力,使每个幼儿都能在不同水平上得到良好的发展。
