为了进一步明确紫花苜蓿接种根瘤菌效果,作者宁国赞等在紫花苜蓿播区连续几年进行了接种与不接种的对比试验.试验苜蓿根瘤菌剂由黑龙江兽药一厂和辽宁兽医生物药品厂生产.生产用菌种为CM739菌株(即苜蓿9号),由中国农科院土肥所提供.试验结果表明,在自然条件下,紫花苜蓿也能结瘤,一方面原因是土壤中有苜蓿根瘤菌,另一方面苜蓿种子也常常带有少量的根瘤菌.但由于人工接种的根瘤菌有较强的侵染力,能较快地侵染苜蓿,结瘤较早.所
