基于45钢连铸坯生产工艺,实验研究了Ar气泡在铸坯凝固过程中的运动行为,并结合计算机模拟探讨了铸坯捕获气泡的深层机理。结果表明,Ar气泡被铸坯捕获是导致连铸坯气孔缺陷产生、影响铸坯质量的重要原因。
Based on the production process of 45 steel continuous casting slab, the kinetic behavior of Ar bubbles in the solidification process of slab was experimentally studied, and the deep mechanism of trapped bubbles in slab was discussed by computer simulation. The results show that the Ar bubble trapped by slab is the main reason that causes the blowhole defects of continuous casting slab and affects the slab quality.
