目的 评价牙托粉分子量及其分布与义齿基托的挠曲强度和冲击强度的关系。方法 用凝胶色谱法测定三种自制牙托粉的分子量和分子量分布;用WD-10A型万能材料试验机和 XJ-4型非金属材料冲击试验机测试义齿基托的挠曲强度和冲击强度。结果 分子量最高的第一种材料挠曲强度最高;分子量较高、分子量分布最窄的第二种材料冲击强度最高;分子量最小的第三种材料其挠曲强度和冲击强度都最低。结论 牙托粉的分子量和分子量分布对义齿基托的挠曲强度和冲击强度有较大影响。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the molecular weight and its distribution of dentin powder and flexural strength and impact strength of denture base. Methods The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of three kinds of homemade denture powders were determined by gel chromatography. The flexural strength and impact strength of denture base were measured by WD-10A universal material testing machine and XJ-4 non-metallic material impact testing machine . The first material with the highest molecular weight had the highest flexural strength, the second material with the highest molecular weight and the lowest molecular weight distribution had the highest impact strength, and the third material with the lowest molecular weight had the lowest flexural and impact strength. Conclusion The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of dentin powder have great influence on flexural strength and impact strength of denture base.
