我们所讲的思想政治工作为经济工作服务,首要的一点应当是为经济决策服务。思想政治工作如果离经济决策太远,它的地位和作用就难以显示出来。而任何一项经济决策过程如果不辅之必要的强大的思想政治工作,也难免出现这样或那样不应有的偏差和失误,甚至偏离社会主义方向。所以,我们研究思想政治工作如何为经济工作服务,就不能不研究它如何更好地为经济决策服务的问题。思想政治工作为经济决策服务,首先是经济决策活动内在的客观要求。经济决策是社会经济实践行动的先导,是一种有意识有目的的经济领导活动。它要面对广阔而复杂的国际国内市场,对未来进行选择,确定合理的经济和社会发展目标,寻求实现既定目标的最有利的发展规 The ideological and political work we are talking about serves economic work. The first priority should be to serve economic decision-making. If the ideological and political work is too far from economic decision-making, its status and role will be hard to reveal. Any economic decision-making process that is not complemented by the necessary powerful ideological and political work will inevitably lead to some kind of undue deviation or mistake, or even deviate from the direction of socialism. Therefore, if we study how ideological and political work serves economic work, we can not but study how it can better serve economic decision-making. Ideological and political work for economic decision-making service, above all, is an inherent objective requirement of economic decision-making activities. Economic decision-making is the forerunner of socio-economic practice and a conscious and purposeful economic leadership. It has to face the vast and complex domestic and international markets, make choices about the future, determine reasonable economic and social development goals, and seek the most favorable development rules to achieve its stated objectives
