本文讨论了边缘桉实生苗生产无性系的试管培养繁殖(亦称微型繁殖——译者注)方法,从熟态株茎节段外植体也能产生枝培养物,但是茎节段外植体污染频率很高。熟态株若运用花药花丝培养可以培养不受污染的愈伤组织,这类愈伤组织能够形成枝培养物。无论熟态株的茎节段的,还是花药花丝的愈伤组织,其枝培养物的生根率均低于实生苗外植体愈伤组织的生根率。株间花药花丝愈伤组织的出枝力及生根力有很大不同。
In this paper, we discuss the method of in vitro culture of clones of Eucalyptus urophylla, which can also produce shoot cultures from explants of mature plant stems, but the frequency of explants in stem segments is very frequent high. If the state of maturing plants can be cultured with anther filaments uncontaminated callus, this type of callus can form a branch culture. The rooting rate of the branch cultures was lower than that of the callus explants of seedlings regardless of the stem segments of the mature plants or the anther filaments. Among the callus of the anther filaments, the callus and rooting force are very different.
