本文从反型层原理出发,阐述了紫兰电池的制作及特性。在200Lux日光灯下,10×10mm~2紫兰电池的开路电压达390mV,短路电流大于20μA,效率超过2.5%,比常规电池高十倍之多。紫兰电池光谱响应的峰值波长小于600mμ,在300至400mμ波段内,紫兰电池的响应比常规电池高二个数量级,并且超过了硒光电池,非常适合于仪器仪表作紫兰光的检测元件。
In this paper, starting from the principle of inversion layer, elaborated the purple blue battery production and characteristics. In 200Lux fluorescent lamp, 10 × 10mm ~ 2 purple blue battery open circuit voltage of 390mV, short circuit current is greater than 20μA, efficiency of more than 2.5%, ten times higher than conventional batteries. The peak wavelength of the spectral response of purple orchid cell is less than 600mμ. In the range of 300 to 400mμ, the response of purple orchid cell is two orders of magnitude higher than that of a conventional cell and exceeds the selenium cell, which is very suitable for the instrument of detecting the violet light.
