教师是学校教育工作的具体实施者,教师的素质高低决定着学校培养人才质量的高低。孝感市楚环中学在“科研兴校、依法治校、以德治校、质量立校”的办学思想指导下,在推进素质教育的过程中狠抓师德建设,使该校教育教学质量不断上升,为全面落实素质教育,提高中小学办学质量提供了新的经验。从楚环中学狠抓师德建设的过程中,我们可以获得如下启示:
Teachers are the specific implementers of school education. The quality of teachers determines the quality of talents cultivated in schools. Xiaohua City Chuhuan Middle School, under the guidance of the school-running ideology of “developing schools through scientific research, governing schools according to law, governing schools by virtue, and establishing quality schools”, pays close attention to the construction of teachers’ morality in the process of promoting quality education, so that the quality of education and teaching in the school is continuous. The increase has provided new experience for the full implementation of quality education and improvement of the quality of running schools in primary and secondary schools. From Chuhuan Middle School to the construction of teacher ethics, we can get the following inspirations:
