在做教师的旅途上走了31年,在校长的征程上闯了近20年。走一路,学一路,想一路,闯一路,路途漫漫,但回首望望,我感慨万千;概括我的从教生涯,是一个“学习—提升—再学习—再提升”的过程;一个不断提高教育的影响力——力求达到引领和激活;不断提高校长的领导力——力求达到整合和创新;不断追求理想的高度——力求达到完善和发展的成长过程。一言以蔽之,我追求事业的成功,是我人生的一大乐事。建设一个有活力的学校,做一位充满活力的校长,让整个校园充满活力,朝气蓬勃。
