大量具有高超水平和良好职业道德的高技能人才,作为我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,正在发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。实践一再证明,企业的发展离不开高技能人才作用的充分发挥,高技能人才的培养是延续企业生命的工程。培养高素质的职工队伍不仅是提高企业效益、企业核心竞争力的需要,也是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。现在,当我们困惑于被称为“灰领”的高技能人才短缺的同时,也为国家积极的政策推动而满怀兴奋与期待。
A large number of highly skilled personnel with superb level and good professional ethics are playing an increasingly important role as an important part of our contingent of professionals. Practice has repeatedly proved that the development of enterprises can not be separated from the role of highly skilled personnel to give full play to the cultivation of highly skilled personnel is the continuation of corporate life project. To cultivate a high-quality workforce is not only the need to improve the efficiency of enterprises and the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also the inherent requirement of building an overall well-to-do society.
