采用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机对403Nb马氏体叶片钢在单道次和双道次热压缩条件下的再结晶动力学行为进行了研究。经过计算得出了403Nb钢热压缩变形时的流变应力方程、静态再结晶动力学方程、静态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型以及亚动态再结晶动力学方程。403Nb钢在1100℃~1150℃,应变速率在0.01~1s-1的条件下,发生较明显的动态再结晶。在变形组织中有细小孪晶生成,孪晶尺寸为30~100 nm。
The recrystallization kinetics of 403Nb martensite blade steel under single-pass and two-pass sub-thermal compression was studied by using Gleeble3500 thermal simulator. The flow stress equation, static recrystallization kinetics equation, static recrystallization grain size model and sub-dynamic recrystallization kinetics equation of 403Nb steel during hot compression deformation were calculated. 403Nb steel at 1100 ℃ ~ 1150 ℃, the strain rate of 0.01 ~ 1s-1 under the conditions of the more obvious dynamic recrystallization. In the deformation of the organization have tiny twins, twin size of 30 ~ 100 nm.
