研究以不同体质量的草鱼、鲤鱼、鲢和鳙为对象,测定了化学组成和能量密度,发现鲢和鳙的脂肪百分比极低,扩展了鱼类的脂肪百分比的下限.随体质量增加,草鱼的脂肪百分比增高,鲤鱼和鲢的脂肪百分比无明显变化,而鳙的脂肪百分比降低,表明脂肪百分比随生长的变化规律存在种间差异.这4种鱼水分百分比与能量密度关系的r2均较高(0.755~0.905),而与脂肪百分比关系的r2仅在草鱼中较高(0.857),与蛋白质百分比关系的r2仅在鳙中较高(0.870),提示采用水分百分比预测脂肪百分比和蛋白质百分比仅在一些鱼类中有较高的可靠性.体质量与化学组成各参数的相关性均较低(r2≤0.350),表明采用体质量预测化学组成和能量密度比采用水分预测的可靠性更低.
