当学生去实现一定的学习目标时,他们动机的行为往往受到阻挠、干扰,产生障碍.这种障碍被称之为受到“挫折”.挫折是由各种各样的情境引起的,它会削弱或改变学生为实现学习目标的动机.在教育过程中,教师应该了解产生挫折的原因,指导学生在学习中不断克服挫折,获得更好的成绩.挫折主要分为:1.延迟性挫折.这种挫折是由于机体暂时没有得到某种行为后的那种强化而产生的.当学生的某种行为经常受到强化,而现在强化被延迟了或者得不到适当的强化时,就常常会造成挫折.比如:有一个学生熟记五个生字需要十分钟,由于其它情境的影响,在十分钟内未记下,这一学习目标的实现被延迟了.延迟的时期是不相同的,从一瞬间到无
