为配合球磨机的闭路磨矿作业,我厂使用φ2400毫米双螺旋分级机,一段为高堰式,二段为沉没式。这种设备的下端轴承部原配套采用7620和223626滚柱轴承。实践证明,这种轴承部结构复杂,拆装麻烦,维修不便,且常因密封不善,矿砂进入而使轴承磨损,因而导致设备停车,严重影响生产。在北京有色冶金设计总院的协助下,我厂组织工人和技术人员研究决定采用夹布胶木轴瓦,代替原来的轴承。其结构如图所示。
In line with the ball mill closed-circuit grinding operations, I plant φ2400 mm double helix grading machine, paragraph for the high weir type, Sec for sinking. The lower end of this equipment bearing the original package with 7620 and 223626 roller bearings. Practice has proved that the structure of this bearing complex, disassembly trouble, maintenance inconvenience, and often due to poor sealing, bearings into the ore wear, resulting in equipment parking, seriously affecting the production. In Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgy Design Institute, with the assistance of our plant workers and technical staff to study the decision to use cloth bakelite bush, instead of the original bearing.
