采用水热合成法制备出对钾离子具有特定记忆功能的离子筛,其对海水中钾离子饱和交换容量达56.96mg/g。用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对钾离子筛进行表面改性。考察了偶联剂用量和改型时间对改性效果的影响,利用SEM、FT-IR以及热重分析等方法对改性前、后的钾离子筛进行了表征。结果表明,KH-560可以成功地接枝到钾离子筛的表面,接枝率达1.25%;离子筛优化的改性条件为偶联剂与钾离子筛质量比2∶1,改性时间7h。
The ion sieve with specific memory function to potassium ion was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The saturated exchange capacity of potassium ion in seawater reached 56.96 mg / g. Potassium ion sieves were surface modified with silane coupling agent KH-560. The effects of the amount of coupling agent and modification time on the modification were investigated. The potassium ion sieves before and after modification were characterized by SEM, FT-IR and TG analysis. The results showed that KH-560 could be successfully grafted onto the surface of potassium ion sieve with a grafting rate of 1.25%. The optimized conditions for the ion sieve were as follows: the mass ratio of coupling agent to potassium ion sieve was 2:1, and the modification time was 7h .
