目的:探讨新生儿科护理工作中实施绩效管理的效果。方法:选取医院25例新生儿科护理人员作为研究对象,制定绩效考核方法,比较实施绩效管理前后护理人员对管理模式、工作氛围、福利待遇、专业认知、自我实现的工作满意度,统计皮肤损伤、渗液、面部划痕护理缺陷发生情况,以及患儿家属、医师满意度。结果:实施绩效管理后,护理人员对工作满意度较实施前明显提高(P<0.01);实施绩效管理后护理缺陷发生情况较实施前明显降低(P<0.05);实施绩效管理后患儿家属、医师满意度,较实施前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:新生儿科护理工作中实施绩效管理,可提高工作人员、患儿家属、医师满意度,降低护理缺陷发生情况。
Objective: To explore the effect of performance management in neonatology nursing. Methods: Twenty-five neonate pediatric nurses in the hospital were selected as the research object to establish a performance appraisal method to compare the nursing staff’s satisfaction with the management mode, working atmosphere, benefits, professional cognition and self-actualization before and after the performance management, , Exudate, facial scratch care defects occurred, as well as the families of children, physician satisfaction. Results: After implementing performance management, the satisfaction of nursing staff on job satisfaction was significantly higher than that before the implementation (P <0.01); the incidence of nursing defects was significantly lower after implementation of performance management (P <0.05); after the implementation of performance management, , Satisfaction of physicians was significantly higher than that before implementation (P <0.01). Conclusion: The implementation of performance management in neonatology nursing work can improve the satisfaction of staff, children’s family members and physicians and reduce the occurrence of nursing defects.
