新一轮课改从课程标准的制定到教材的编审与制定都提出了很多令人耳目一新的课程开发理念。然而,经过几年的实践检验,这些新课程开发理念面临着多元性与确定性、操作性与理想性等诸多矛盾,以至于现实的教育与课改的初衷之间出现一定的反差。究其原因是教师队伍整体尚存在问题,教师队伍整体素质有待于进一步提高。为了改变这种现状,新的课程标准从教师的思想品德、学识、教学方式等方面都作了明确的要求,给新时代的教学工作
A new round of curriculum reform from the curriculum standard set to the preparation and development of teaching materials have put forward many refreshing curriculum development concept. However, after several years of practical tests, these new curriculum development concepts are faced with many contradictions such as diversity and certainty, operability and ideality, so that there is a certain contrast between reality education and the original intention of curriculum reform. The reason is that there are still problems in the overall teaching staff, and the overall quality of teachers needs to be further improved. In order to change this status quo, the new curriculum standard has made clear requirements from the aspects of teachers’ ideology and morality, knowledge, teaching methods and so on, and has given a new era of teaching work
