政府绩效评估作为一项有效的管理工具,对提高政府绩效具有重要的作用,在现代政府的公共行政中受到了广泛关注。但我国地方政府绩效评估的研究起步较晚,还处于初级阶段,并且存在着很多的问题。因此需要对存在的问题进行思考,构建科学、完善的地方政府绩效评估体系。
As an effective management tool, government performance evaluation plays an important role in improving government performance. It has received widespread attention in the public administration of modern government. However, the research on performance evaluation of local government in our country started relatively late, is still in its infancy, and there are many problems. Therefore, we need to think about existing problems and construct a scientific and perfect local government performance evaluation system.
