在中国的互联网企业中,从最早上市的门户网站,到后来的“电子商务”、“网络游戏”、“虚拟社区”、“网络日志”、“网络拍卖”无不是从美国复制来的商业模式。其实,不只是在互联网, 就是在广告业、娱乐业、电视圈,也全都在复制着美国的设计和程式。楼宇电梯广告是从美国拷贝来的IDEA,美国的“AMERICAN IDOL”移植到了中国造就了“超级女声”,美国的“SURVIVOR”电视节目被好几家中国的电视台拷贝成“生存体验”,类似的例子不胜枚举。
