新课改在我省已全面推进,在课程改革框架内,教学方法得到了极大改善,教学成效日益显著,但很多不适应负面现象也逐渐呈现,教学中最突出的现象就是学生的两极分化。学生在学习中遇到了前所未有的压力,无所适从,尤其是在师资缺、条件苦的农牧区,学习英语两极分化现象就尤其明显。以下本人就高中英语两极分化的成因及措施进行探讨。一、农牧区学生英语学习两极分化现象的成因分析(一)教师自身的原因
