目的:观察视力对飞行员深度知觉的影响。方法:选择健康疗养飞行员202例,采用空军招飞体检视力表进行常规视力检查,采用深度知觉仪进行深度知觉检查。比较不同视力及不同双眼视力相差行数飞行员深度知觉误差值。结果:(1)本组202例中,双眼视力均在1.0及以上170例,占84.2%;双眼视力相差0行(无差别)137例,占67.8%。深度知觉误差值为(0.48±0.38)mm(0~2.1mm),误差值在0~1.0mm为180例,占89.1%。不同年龄段深度知觉误差值比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)视力低于1.0飞行员深度知觉误差值显著大于1.0及以上飞行员(P<0.05);双眼视力相差≥3行飞行员深度知觉误差值显著大于无差别、相差1行及相差2行飞行员(P<0.05),相差2行飞行员显著大于无差别及相差1行飞行员(P<0.05),相差1行飞行员与无差别飞行员比较亦差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:飞行员视力下降及双眼视力相差程度对深度知觉影响显著。
Objective: To observe the effect of vision on pilot’s depth perception. Methods: A total of 202 health-care pilots were selected and routine visual acuity tests were performed using the Air Force Physical Examination Eye List. Depth perception was used to examine the depth perception. Comparison of different visual acuity and binocular vision difference between the number of pilots depth perception error. Results: (1) In this group of 202 cases, binocular visual acuity was 1.0 and above 170 cases, accounting for 84.2%; binocular vision difference 0 line (no difference) 137 cases, accounting for 67.8%. The depth of perception error (0.48 ± 0.38) mm (0 ~ 2.1mm), the error value of 0 ~ 1.0mm for 180 cases, accounting for 89.1%. There was no significant difference in depth perception error between different age groups (P> 0.05). (2) The visual acuity was lower than 1.0. The pilot’s depth perception error was significantly higher than that of the pilot at 1.0 and above (P <0.05). The difference between the visual acuity of binocular and visual acuity of ≥3 was significantly greater than that of the non- (P <0.05). The difference between the two pilots was significantly greater than that of the non-differentiated pilots and the difference between the two pilots (P <0.05). Conclusion: The difference of visual acuity and binocular vision in pilots has a significant impact on depth perception.
