试验使用纯锌、0.1%Ni、0.1%Co、0.1%Ni+0.1%Co、0.1%Ni+0.2%Co五种锌浴,对工业纯铁、Q195、Q235和Q345钢进行热浸镀锌试验。利用光学显微镜、SEM观察各镀层组织形态及厚度,通过对照试验组分析合金元素对镀层的不同影响,探求适当的合金浴配方。试验结果证明,加入合金元素Ni及Co,对4种材料的镀层均有一定的影响。单独加入Co可以细化镀层组织,但对镀层厚度影响不大;单独加入0.1%Ni能在一定程度上控制Si的反应性,尤其对Q235钢;当同时加入镍及钴后,能很好地抑制Si反应性(Sandelin效应),使镀层组织紧密,且镀层厚度减薄。

The different influence of alloying elements on the coating was analyzed by the control test group, and the proper alloy bath formulation was explored. Test results show that adding alloying elements Ni and Co, have a certain impact on the coating of the four materials. The addition of Co alone can refine the coating structure, but it has little effect on the thickness of the coating. Adding 0.1% Ni alone can control the reactivity of Si to a certain degree, especially for Q235 steel; when adding nickel and cobalt simultaneously, Inhibit the Si reactivity (Sandelin effect), so that the coating structure is tight, and coating thickness thinning.
