The Hudson Court is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and is by far the largest investment program in New York following the Rockefeller Center. This huge infrastructure project is located in the city center and includes a broad railway station and a commercial and residential area of about 11.33 hm2, which will accommodate over 100 commercial units, 5,000 residents and an outdoor area of about 5.67 hm2 Public venues, a large-scale school and a luxury business hotel. After careful planning, foundation engineering, or to be precise, platform engineering has started. At the heart of the master plan will be the $ 75 million New York landmark, designed by British architect Thomas Heatherwick, next to a cultural lodge designed by Diller Scofidio.
