食品生产经营者(以下简称经营者)自觉在食品卫生法规约束下从事生产经营是保证食品卫生条件的首要条件。经营者的这种守法行为又受其遵守国家卫生法规的心理——卫生守法心理所支配,以提高经营者卫生守法的自觉性,减少违法行为的发生为目的,笔者对卫生守法心理的特点、影响因素、变化规律和强化措施进行了一些研究,报告如下。
