目的探讨磁共振成像技术在阴茎假体植入术治疗ED随访中的应用。方法对ED患者进行阴茎充吸试验,通过MRI对试验前后植入假体勃起前后的长度、管腔内径进行测量,观察储液球及管道有否渗漏、脱节,有否术后感染造成局部软组织粘连。结果本文2例患者分别于术后8个月、1年行MR复查,轴位T2WI上可见阴茎假体外周有环形假包膜信号,假体与周围软组织层次分界清晰,未见明显渗漏信号;膀胱前方见储液囊,形态张力良好;阴囊内见松开阀信号。充胀过程顺利,假体通畅。结论磁共振成像技术具有良好的软组织分辨率,与现有X线平片、B超检查相比更能提供准确、清晰的影像诊断依据,在阴茎假体植入术治疗ED中具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of magnetic resonance imaging in the follow-up of penile prosthesis implantation in the treatment of ED. Methods The patients with ED were subjected to penis filling test. The length of the prosthesis before and after the implantation of the prosthesis and the diameter of the lumen were measured by MRI to observe whether there was any leakage or disconnection of the fluid ball and the pipeline. Soft tissue adhesion. Results Two patients in this study were retrospectively reviewed at 8 months and 1 year after operation respectively. There was a ring-shaped pseudocapillary signal at the periphery of the penile prosthesis on axial T2WI. There was no obvious leakage signal between the prosthesis and the surrounding soft tissue level See the front of the bladder reservoir, shape tension is good; See the release of the valve within the scrotum signal. The inflation process is smooth and the prosthesis is unobstructed. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging has a good soft tissue resolution, and can provide accurate and clear diagnostic basis for imaging compared with the existing X-ray and B-ultrasound. It has a good application in the treatment of ED with penile prosthesis implantation value.
