Information technology classroom is the main front for cultivating students’ information literacy, and building an effective classroom becomes the primary task of teachers. By inducing interest in learning, enhancing the artistic language of teachers, developing students’ autonomous learning, carefully selecting the content of exercises, implementing diversified evaluations and building effective classrooms. Effective classroom should adhere to the student-oriented, we should “focus on student development, individual development ” as the primary task, truly let every student “move ” up.
