我们面前摆着这样一个由来已久、虽经广大教师和有志于民族教育的同仁的努力、而至今仍未能解决的难题:民族生的学习成绩普遍比汉族生差。为什么?原因是多方面的,有内因,也有外因,而主要是内因。近年来,我们对影响民族生学习进步的心理特征进行了调查和分析,并据此提出了消除民族生学习障碍的一般对策。一、民族生学习的心理与思维障碍
In front of us, we have such a long-standing problem that despite the efforts of teachers and those who are interested in ethnic education, we still cannot solve the problem that the national students’ academic performance is generally worse than that of the Han nationality. Why? The reasons are many, internal and external, but mainly internal. In recent years, we have investigated and analyzed the psychological features that affect the learning and progress of ethnic minority students, and have accordingly proposed general strategies to eliminate barriers to learning of ethnic minorities.
