Mathematics learning is, in essence, the process of thinking. All thinking starts from the question. The students’ “problems” need to be set artificially. Especially during the learning phase of new knowledge, teachers set problems to allow students to face the dilemma of thinking, arouse students’ desire for knowledge and stimulate thinking. Therefore, the essence of classroom teaching is questioning. Compared with other disciplines, questioning is more important in the teaching of mathematics.
