根据2006年12月29日修订通过的《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》相关规定,外在力量对未成年人实施的保护,主要包括家庭保护、学校保护、社会保护和司法保护四种类型(内在力量的保护是指未成年人的自我保护)。在思想品德课教学和测试中,只要有涉及未成年人保护的内容,教师总会设计一些试题,尤其是选择题来考查学生对未成年人保护类型的理解和区分。在多年关于未成年人保护内容的教学经历中,笔者发现,一旦试题情境设置不同,学生就很容易对学校保护、社会保护和司法保护这三类保护产生误解和混淆。
According to the relevant provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors promulgated on December 29, 2006, the external protection of juveniles includes four major types: family protection, school protection, social protection and judicial protection (The protection of intrinsic strength means the self-protection of minors). In the teaching and testing of ideological and moral lessons, as long as there is content concerning the protection of minors, teachers will always design some questions, especially the multiple choice questions, to examine the students ’understanding and distinction on the types of minors’ protection. After years of teaching experience on the protection of minors, the author found that students can easily misunderstand and confuse the three kinds of protection such as school protection, social protection and judicial protection once the questions are set differently.
