六枝矿首先成功地在我局煤与沼气突出矿井中试验了均压通风防灭火措施,为我局实现安全生产,提高煤炭资源的回收,促进煤炭生产的发展,起到了重要作用。随后凉水井、木岗、化处、四角田等矿都推广采用了这一措施。特别是地宗矿在西三东二采区的7号层,采取均压通风防灭火收到了立竿见影的效果。我局在已有发火象征(见CO或烟)的22个回采工作面采用均压通风防灭火措施,不仅控制了火势的发展,而且使各工作面都能安全回采完毕(见表1)。据统计,采出煤炭1,075,289吨。若不采用均压通风防灭火措施,根据以往的经验教训,以上工作面个个都得封闭,安全生产势必要受到影响。
Liuzhi Mine first successfully tested the pressure equalization and ventilation fire prevention and extinguishing measures in the coal mine and biogas salvage wells in our bureau, which played an important role in realizing safety production, improving the recovery of coal resources and promoting the development of coal production in our bureau. Followed by cool wells, Mu Gang, Department of Chemistry, Soda Kok and other mines have promoted the use of this measure. In particular, Zongzong Mine, on the 7th floor of the second mining area in the West Third East, received an instantaneous effect of pressure ventilation and fire prevention. Our Bureau adopted pressure equalizing ventilation and fire-fighting measures on 22 coal mining faces that already have a sign of fire (see CO or smoke), which not only controlled the development of the fire but also enabled the safe recovery of all work surfaces (Table 1). According to statistics, 1,075,289 tons of coal are produced. If we do not use pressure-ventilation fire-fighting measures, based on past experience and lessons, all of the above work surfaces have to be closed, and production safety is bound to be affected.
