采用敏感度分析法对甲醇详细机理进行简化,提出一个可用于均质充量压缩点火(HCCI)燃烧过程的甲醇简化动力学模型,包括16个物种17个基元反应,涉及甲醇的氧化反应、甲醛和CO的生成子模型.应用该简化机理模型对甲醇HCCI发动机的燃烧与排放特性进行的算例分析表明,简化机理模型在燃烧放热特征时刻、燃烧累积热效应以及发动机缸内温度和压力曲线的预测值均与详细机理模型的计算值较为符合,计算时间缩短.
A detailed methanol sensitivity mechanism was simplified by sensitivity analysis. A simplified methanol kinetic model for HCCI combustion was proposed, including 17 elementary reactions of 16 species, involving the oxidation of methanol, Formaldehyde and CO generation submodels.Calculation of the combustion and emission characteristics of the methanol HCCI engine using this simplified mechanism model shows that the simplified mechanism model has the characteristics of the combustion heat release characteristics, The predicted values are in good agreement with the calculated values of the detailed mechanism model, and the calculation time is shortened.
