根据全国以及省、市少工委的要求,结合我校少先队工作的实际,本学期,我校少先队大队部进一步抓好以下两方面的工作。 一、切实加强少先队基础建设,全面提高队员的基本素质。 目的: 少先队基础建设是少先队一切活动和教育的基础,也是少先队工作不断发展的必然要求。切实加强少先队基础建设,为少先队工作提供一个良好的物质依托和工作环境,使少先队员受到潜移默化的薰陶,促进少先队工作的发展。 要求: 少先队工作要求做到“五有”、“十率”,即有组织含建队率和入队率,有辅导员含配备率和培训率,有活动含覆盖率和活跃率,有阵地含普及率和利用率,有制度含健全率和执行率。在实行过程中大力提倡创造性。 具体落实三项工作: (一)加强业务学习,全面提高辅导员的素质。
