本文以平煤股份运销公司为载体,在调研分析的基础上,结合企业实际,对企业文化建设考评指标的设计进行了探讨分析,基于KPI理论和企业文化整合方案,分别从企业精神文化、行为、制度文化,物质文化4个角度出发,以公司的总体目标为基本来源,统筹考虑公司整体、部门单位、员工个人3个层次,以公司整体绩效提升为根本任务,提炼出企业文化整合关键绩效考评指标。
