中国企业的国际化与起始于20世纪60年代的日本企业的国际化有诸多相似之处,比如基本都是赶超型,都面临文化上的障碍等。由于有丰田这类超级国际化成功榜样,日本企业一直是中国企业学习研究的对象。《中国企业家》此次刊登的这篇国务院发展研究中心企业研究所课题组的研究报告,是根据对大量日本企业的调研和对企业家的亲自访谈所总结的一个难得的系统版本。
There are many similarities between the internationalization of Chinese companies and the internationalization of Japanese companies that began in the 1960s. For example, they are basically catch-up and they all face cultural obstacles. Due to Toyota’s example of a successful super internationalization, Japanese companies have always been the subject of Chinese corporate learning and research. The research report of the Research Group of the Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council published by the “Chinese Entrepreneur” is a rare system version based on a survey of a large number of Japanese companies and an in-person interview with entrepreneurs.
