由初中思想品德学科本身的特点、性质决定,在教学过程中要做到理论与实践相结合,学科知识教育与德育教育相结合,知与行的统一。这对思想品德课的教师提出了更高的要求。新课标要求政治教师要正确理解自身在思想品德教学及在学生思想品德形成过程中的地位,正确处理主导和主体的关系,做到帮助学生形成思想品德,而不是试图通过灌输和说教来代替学生的思想品德形成过程。这是素质教育的基础,也是推行素质教育的先决条件。下面是本人在实施素质教育过程中的点滴体会:
