笔者根据国内外学者的经验，在近三年中用旋转就位式可摘局部义齿修复肯氏Ⅲ类牙列缺损，特别是在基牙牙冠短小、基牙颊舌面无倒凹、基牙向缺隙侧倾斜明显的病例中采用此类义齿修复取得了良好的修复效果。
