全面推进课堂教学改革以来,很多学校在备课、上课和评课等方面都进行了大量探索和实践,中小学课堂教学发生了巨大的变化。但是,各级学校教学实践中仍或多或少地存在着表面轰轰烈烈在课改、实则成效低下的情况,以初中语文学业水平考试复习为例,初中学业水平考试复习过程中,仍然存在高耗低效的现象,究其原因有二,其一,部分教师对中考研究不深,不会“简政放权”;其二,部分学生缺乏主动性,学习方法不科学等。
