教科研工作是促进教师个人和集体专业发展的一条有效途径,也是促进全体学生全面而主动发展的课堂教学策略的基本工作方式。记得初到小学任教时,沉重的教学负担使我总也摆脱不了“为了上课而上课”的折磨,很少甚至根本就没有对自己的课堂教学问题及时做出分析与解决,每天都沉浸在机械、枯燥的上课之中,沉浸在没完没了的作业批改之中。有时,我也反思:长此以往,我不就成了“教书匠”了吗?好在有一次我参加了一项课题研究,从此“踏进”了教育科研之门。教育科研占去了我不少时间,但是随着对教育科研的进一步了解
