本文阐述了铜,锌双因子加合对幼鲤生长和某些生化指标的影响,及对草鱼胚胎的毒性作用。结果表明:与对照组鱼相比,Cu2++Zn2+水体染毒浓度超过Cu2+、Zn2+渔业水质标准(0.01mgCu2+/L,0.1mgZn2+/L)10倍的染毒组的鱼生长及鱼体鳃、肝、肾组织学检查均未见异常,水体染毒浓度超过渔业水质标准25倍和35倍染毒组的鱼生长受到抑制,35倍组鳃组织学检查发现病理损伤。草鱼胚胎的成活率随染毒液铜、锌离子浓度的增加而降低。
This article describes the two copper and zinc additive effects on juvenile common carp growth and certain biochemical indicators, as well as on the toxicity of grass carp embryo.
